User Agreement

Version 2026-10-04 · Last updated 4 October 2026

Prospective conditions for individual access. Early access applications do not activate this agreement or grant service access.

1. When this agreement applies

This agreement takes effect only when Cyberlutions offers you an identified level of access, presents the applicable version for your express acceptance, records that acceptance and activates access. A sign-in, application, review status or waiting-list position alone is not activation. Member and research access are not publicly available during the coming-soon period.

2. Your identity and authority

Provide accurate account and application information and keep it current. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority for your activity and the terms you accept. An individual account is assigned to one person. Do not share, sell, lend or transfer credentials, authentication tokens or account access; request a separate authorised arrangement for a team.

3. Scope of access

Use only features and information expressly enabled for your account and agreed purpose. Member or research access does not grant administrator privileges, source redistribution rights or an unrestricted data licence. Additional datasets, exports, automated access or integrations require an expressly authorised scope. Any future payment, term or renewal must be separately disclosed and agreed before it begins.

4. Security and responsible conduct

Protect credentials, use available security controls and promptly report suspected compromise to help@cyberlutions.com.au. Do not let another person operate your account or bypass an access restriction. Technical security measures do not replace your responsibility to keep an individual account secure.

The Terms of Use restrictions on scraping, automated extraction, bulk copying, unauthorised testing and harmful conduct apply, subject to statutory rights and third-party open licences. Do not attempt to obtain actual compromised accounts, stolen credentials or restricted evidence through this service.

5. Use of findings and confidentiality

Use records with their sources, qualifications and dates. Independently verify material findings before decisions affecting people or organisations. Do not claim an estimate or attacker allegation is independently established. Protect any non-public information expressly entrusted to you and limit its use to the authorised purpose; seek instructions if information appears to have been exposed by mistake.

This duty does not prevent lawful whistleblowing, a required disclosure, confidential professional advice or exercising a statutory right. Source licensing and legally available rights continue to apply.

6. Restriction, expiry and ending access

Access may expire at an agreed date, end at your request or be restricted proportionately for a material breach, credible security risk or legal requirement. Where practicable we will give notice, reasons and a reasonable opportunity to address a remediable issue. Immediate action may be necessary to protect people or systems. Request review through help@cyberlutions.com.au.

Stopping access does not erase rights already accrued or automatically remove records needed for lawful purposes. Retention is explained in the Privacy Policy. Any future paid service must provide its applicable cancellation and refund terms; no fee or penalty is created by this agreement during the application-only stage.

7. Documents, updates and rights

Read this agreement with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie & Browser Storage Policy. An individually agreed access scope can add specific permissions but cannot remove rights that the law makes non-excludable. Applicable source licences govern licensed source material.

Material changes to activated access will be notified and fresh acceptance obtained where required. No retrospective change creates a new payment obligation or removes an accrued statutory right. The Terms of Use consumer-rights, complaint and dispute provisions apply. Nothing requires you to waive Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory protections.
